Disposal of TRaC Global Limited

Results of General Meeting

Bioquell plc ("Bioquell" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held earlier today in connection with the proposed disposal of TRaC Global Limited (the "Disposal"), the resolution proposed to approve the Disposal, as set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 17 April 2015, was duly passed on a show of hands.

A summary of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the General Meeting is shown below:

1 A vote 'withheld' is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the votes 'for' and 'against' the resolution.

Completion of the Disposal is expected to occur no later than 8 May 2015. A further announcement will be made once completion has occurred.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, a copy of the resolution passed by the Company at the General Meeting held on 5 May 2015 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
