As a result of the Tender Offer announced on 2 June 2016, and in the case of Nicholas Adams as a result of the issue of 26,817 shares to him pursuant to the exercise of share options, the following changes to the holdings of the following Directors and their connected persons will take place on 21 June 2016:

2. Nicholas Adams' holding of 513,698 Ordinary Shares includes those held by his wife, Letitia Adams.
3. Michael Roller's interest in the issued share capital of the Company following the Tender Offer rounds down to 0.0. per cent.
Save for the Directors listed above, none of the other Directors have any interests in the share capital of the Company.
