GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS
On 27 May 2008 the Board of BIOQUELL PLC ("the Company") announced the award of options over the 10p Ordinary Shares of the Company to the Executive Directors. Mr Nicholas Adams has been awarded 143,000 options, and Mr Mark Bodeker 126,000 options both at an exercise price of 174.5p. The options will vest upon the achievement of performance criteria, namely the growth of pre-tax earnings per share by RPI + 7.5% compounded over three years. These awards bring the total option holdings to 673,000 options held by Mr Adams and 706,000 options held by Mr Bodeker.
