Dividend Distribution Proposal

In its meeting held on March 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of Bank Audi sal resolved to propose to the Annual Ordinary General Assembly the distribution of a dividend of LBP 603 per common share. The net amount proposed to be paid (after deduction of the applicable withholding tax at the rate of 5%) is thus LBP 572.85 per common share. 

Subject to the General Assembly's approval, such dividends will be paid on or about April 14, 2016 to holders of common shares as at April 13, 2016 (Record Date), according to the records of Midclear S.A.L (The Central Depository).
