PartyGaming Plc31 December 2007 31 December 2007 PartyGaming Plc ("PartyGaming" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, PartyGamingmakes the following declaration to the market: As at 31 December 2007 PartyGaming has a total of 4,115,193,842 ordinary sharesof 0.0015p each ("Shares") issued and admitted to trading. Each Share carriesthe right to one vote, with the exception of Shares held by the Company'semployee benefit trust, the PartyGaming Plc Shares Trust (the "Trust"), whichhas waived the voting rights in respect of the Shares it holds. As at 31December 2007 the Trust holds 113,470,315 Shares and therefore the total numberof Shares with voting rights is 4,001,723,527. The total voting right figure of 4,001,723,527 may be used by shareholders asthe denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,PartyGaming under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
