PartyGaming Plc30 April 2007 30 April 2007 PartyGaming Plc ("PartyGaming" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, PartyGamingmakes the following declaration to the market: As at 30 April 2007 PartyGaming has a total of 4,115,193,842 ordinary shares of0.0015p each (Shares) issued and admitted to trading. Each Share carries theright to one vote, with the exception of Shares held by the Company's employeebenefit trust, the PartyGaming Plc Shares Trust (the Trust), which has waivedthe voting rights in respect of the Shares it holds. As at 30 April 2007 theTrust holds 155,809,655 Shares and therefore the total number of Shares withvoting rights is 3,959,384,187. The total voting right figure of 3,959,384,187 may be used by shareholders asthe denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,PartyGaming under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
