Share Capital Reduction Completed
Further to bwin.party's announcements on 3May 2012 and 7 June 2012, the Company confirms that the Supreme Court of Gibraltar has now sanctioned the cancellation of the Company's share premium account by the amount of €1,018,951,463 (the 'Reduction'). The purpose of the Reduction, which takes effect from today, is to create sufficient distributable reserves to support the Company's distribution policy. The Reduction is a legal and accounting adjustment and does not of itself have any direct impact on the market value of bwin.party shares.
