PartyGaming Plc20 June 2007 20 June 2007 PartyGaming Plc (The "Company") Notification of Transaction by a Director The Company has been advised that Mr Mitch Garber, Chief Executive Officer, hastoday exercised share options granted to him and exercisable at nil cost underthe PartyGaming Plc Share Option Plan (the "Plan") over 4,583,333 ordinaryshares of 0.0015 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). In accordance with Mr Garber's planned sale programme announced on 2 March 2007,he has today sold 4,366,666 Shares at 39.07 pence per Share. Mr Garber has also advised that he has today gifted 300,000 Shares to theCompany's employee benefit trust, the PartyGaming Plc Shares Trust (the "Trust"). There are no conditions applying to this gift but Mr Garber has recommended to the Trust that the Shares be awarded to those PartyGaming employees demonstrating an outstanding commitment to helping the Company achieve its objectives in 2007 or who come up with exemplary entrepreneurial ideas for the Company's business. Following the above sale and gift of Shares, Mr Garber holds 5,000,000 Shares,which exceeds the 4,500,000 Shares Mr Garber voluntarily committed to retain aspart of his planned sale programme.
