PartyGaming Plc04 May 2007 4 May 2007 PartyGaming Plc ("PartyGaming" or the "Company") Board Changes PartyGaming, the world's leading listed online gaming company, announces theappointment of Tim Bristow to the Board of PartyGaming as an independentnon-executive director. Tim Bristow, 51, is Chief Executive Officer of Gibtelecom Limited, Gibraltar'sprimary telecommunications provider, a position he has held since 2001. From1997 to early 2007, he served as the Gibraltar Government's Financial andDevelopment Secretary. Tim Bristow is a chartered accountant and was formally adirector at the National Audit Office, London and Private Secretary to theComptroller and Auditor General. There are no disclosures to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Mr.Bristow. PartyGaming also announces today that Lars Berg has decided to step down fromthe Board to pursue his other business interests. Lars Berg joined the Board asan independent non-executive director before the Company's IPO in June 2005. Both changes to the Board are effective today.
