2010 Annual Report

Following the release on 3 March 2011 of the Company's annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2010, the world's leading listed online gaming company has today published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 (the 'Annual Report'). The Annual Report can be found on the Company's website, www.bwinparty.com. Copies have also been posted today to those bwin.party shareholders and depositary interest holders that elected to receive hard copies of the Annual Report.

2011 Annual General Meeting

The notice of the bwin.party 2011 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has also been published today. The AGM will be held at 1.00 p.m. (Central European Time) on Thursday 30 June 2011 at the Eliott Hotel, 2 Governor's Parade, Gibraltar. The AGM notice is available on the bwin.party website and has today been posted to those bwin.party shareholders and depositary interest holders that elected to receive hard copies of Company notices.

Listing Rule Filings

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the Annual Report, AGM notice and forms of proxy and direction have today been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.doc.
