B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company has been made aware that Mr. Carter on 5 February 2024 purchased 474 Ordinary Shares for 424p per share, or an aggregate of £2,009.76. As a result of the transaction, Mr. Carter has a beneficial interest in 33,314 Ordinary Shares (including 5,314 shares owned by his wife Fiona Carter) representing in aggregate 0.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.
