Report 32/2016: Bank's ratings affirmed by S&P Global Ratings. Outlook upgraded to Stable from Negative.
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("the Bank") informs that on 12th of December 2016 rating agency S&P Global Ratings informed the Bank on reviewing and affirming Bank's ratings at unchanged levels and upgrading their Outlook to Stable from Negative.
As a result of this decision Bank's ratings assigned by S&P Global Ratings are as follows:
Long-term 'BBB +'
Short-term "A-2"
Outlook: "stable"
Stand-alone (independent): "bbb+" .
Review of the ratings of Bank followed an announcement by UniCredit S.p.A. on entering an agreement, which will result with the sale of shares held in the Bank to Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. and Polski Fundusz Rozwoju (Polish Development Fund).
