British Polythene Industries PLC07 June 2007 Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transition provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: - British Polythene Industries PLC's capital consists of 26,497,484 ordinaryshares with voting rights. This is an increase of 2,789 shares since theprevious disclosure made on 29th March 2007 resulting from the exercise ofoptions under the British Polythene SAYE scheme No ordinary shares are held inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in British Polythene Industries PLCis 26,497,484.
