Share Matching Plan - Purchase of shares
The Company was informed on 3 January 2013 that the Trustees of the British Polythene Industries PLC Employees Share Ownership Trust ("ESOT") acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("shares") at an average price of £4.0345 per share. Highest price paid per share was £4.06 and the lowest price paid per share was £4.03. The shares acquired represent 0.075% of the Company's issued share capital. Following the transaction, the ESOT will own 1,052,946 shares representing 3.96% of the total voting rights and issued share capital of the Company. The shares were acquired for use under the Company's Share Matching Plan. John Langlands and David Harris as executive directors of the Company and David Duthie, Andrew Green, Michael Huyghe and David Pendlebury as other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, are beneficiaries of the Share Matching Plan and as such have an interest in the shares for the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.
