Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
British Polythene Industries PLC ("the Company") announces for the purposes of DTR 3.1.4R that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") have sold ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company following the exercise of options granted to them on 21 March 2011 under the Company Share Option Plan at an exercise price of 250p per share as detailed below.

The shares were allotted to the PDMRs, following exercise of their options in Greenock, on 1 May 2014. The sales all took place in London on 1 May 2014. Following the transactions:-
1. Andrew Green's total holding of shares in the Company remains unaltered at 83,888 shares (approximately 0.31% of the Company's total issued capital); and
2. David Pendlebury's total holding of shares in the Company remains unaltered at 45,647 (approximately 0.17% of the Company's total issued capital).
