British Polythene Industries PLC ("BPI" or the "Company")
Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission"). The applications comprise a block listing relating to the BPI Savings Related (SAYE) Share Option Scheme, the BPI Company Share Option Plan and the BPI Share Matching Plan.
The New Ordinary Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 10 December 2013.
