This is a co-investment alongside TDR Capital.Today Gondola Holdings was listed on the London Stock Exchange giving rise to anuplift in value for F&C Private Equity Trust's holding. At the listing price, and after taking an appropriate discount to reflect thelock-in provisions, the increase in net asset value is 10.7p per B share. Thisrepresents an increase of 8.2 per cent on the net asset value at 31 July 2005 of130.2p.
