Correction: Total Voting Rights
6 April 2017
The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 3 April 2017 at 15:00 under RNS No 4049B:
"Ordinary $0.01 shares" not "Ordinary $1.00 shares".
This was also incorrect in the following announcements: RNS No 7414A, RNS No 7415A, RNS No 7420A, RNS No 8749A, RNS No 0439B, RNS No 1995B, RNS No 2073B, RNS No 7065B, RNS No 7191B.
All other details remain unchanged.

In conformity with the provisions of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company, as at 31 March 2017, were as follows:
