Bahamas Petroleum Company plc

("Bahamas Petroleum" or the "Company")

Directors Dealing

The Company was informed on 10 October 2011 that, on 10 October 2011, Dursley Stott, a non executive director of Bahamas Petroleum, acquired 35,000 ordinary shares in the company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.24 pence each (the "Acquisition").

Following the Acquisition, Mr. Stott is now interested in 350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr. Stott is interested in 1,500,000 options over Ordinary Shares, as previously disclosed

Further to the announcement of 3 October 2011 detailing the appointment of Adrian Collins to the board of directors and to the position of Non-Executive Chairman of Bahamas Petroleum, the Company announces a full listing pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) to the AIM Rules for Companies, included below.
