("Bahamas Petroleum" or the "Company")

Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 23 September 2013 that, on 20 September 2013, Edward Shallcross, Non-Executive Director of Bahamas Petroleum, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.58 pence each (the "Acquisition").

Following the Acquisition, Mr Shallcross is now interested in 320,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Shallcross is interested in 1,500,000 options over Ordinary Shares, as previously disclosed.
