Director's shareholding
BPC, the oil and gas exploration company with licences in The Bahamas, announces that it has been notified by Dursley Stott, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market today at a price of 6.8 pence per Ordinary Share, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's entire issued ordinary share capital.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Stott is now beneficially interested in 215,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
