("Bahamas Petroleum" or the "Company")

Director dealings

The Company has been informed on 20 May 2014, that on 20 May 2014, Simon Potter and Bill Schrader, CEO and Chairman respectively of Bahamas Petroleum, acquired ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr Potter acquired 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares and Mr Schrader acquired 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.72 pence each (the "Acquisitions"). Following the Acquisitions, Mr Potter now holds 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Schrader now holds 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
