Bodycote plc ("Bodycote" or "the Group") announces that at the conclusion of the AGM today, Raj Rajagopal, the Senior Independent Director, has retired from the Board as planned. Ian Duncan, Chairman of the Audit Committee, has been appointed Senior Independent Director.
