The Company notes that, as announced by Brack Capital Properties NV ("BCP"), Taco de Groot, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as an External Director of BCP, a company incorporated in the Netherlands and listed on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange with effect from today. Taco has also been appointed as a member of the Audit, Financial and Remuneration Committees.
In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14R.
