Hollywood Bowl Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces that Stephen Burns (Chief Executive Officer), Laurence Keen (Chief Financial Officer) and Darryl Lewis (Chief Operating Officer) have each elected to withdraw their cash contributions made in accordance with savings contracts under the Company's 2020 Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme, and therefore the options granted to them under the 2020 SAYE have lapsed.
The SAYE is an all-employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs. The SAYE exercise price for the options granted in 2020 was £2.88 per share, which is above the prevailing share price, and the options became exercisable at the end of the three-year saving plan, on 1 March 2023.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
