Hollywood Bowl Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and their Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs")
Pursuant to the notification obligations in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the Company has been notified that Melanie Dickinson, Chief People Officer and a PDMR, has sold 94,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") at a sale price of £1.93 per share.
Following the sale, which was conducted for the purpose of settling personal tax liabilities, Melanie Dickinson's resulting interest in share capital of the company is 584,797 representing 0.37% of the issued share capital of the Company.
