PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, has been notified that on 24 October 2016, Jonathan Freeman, Non-Executive Chairman, transferred 646,748 shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into his Self-Invested Personal Pension account ("SIPP").
The transaction was the sale by Jonathan Freeman and the immediate on market re-purchase by Mr Freeman's SIPP of 646,748 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.85p per share (the "Transaction"). There is no change to Mr Freeman's beneficial holding of the Company's ordinary shares.
Following completion of the Transaction Jonathan Freeman will remain beneficially interested in 646,748 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights.
