After an initial major shareholding was acquired in August 2019, Henry Boot PLC are pleased to announce that with effect from Friday 13 December 2019, Henry Boot Construction Limited now wholly own Starfish Commercial Limited.
Henry Boot Construction Limited now look forward to continue in growing Starfish Commercial Limited's future pipeline of opportunities in the Social Housing Market, to add to their already strong order book for 2020 and beyond.
