Director/PDMR Shareholding
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that on 17 May 2021, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,006 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 593.4 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 304,996 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.94 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
