Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, announces that on 10 December 2018, Roger Maddock, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.175 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Roger Maddock holds 22,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
