The Off-plan Fund LimitedĀ 

Annual General Meeting

TheĀ Off-plan Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions put toĀ shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held in JerseyĀ today, includingĀ (i) an ordinary resolutionĀ that the Company continue to pursue itsĀ currentĀ investment strategy until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2010 (at which another continuation vote shall be taken)Ā andĀ (ii) a special resolution to approve the Company's share buy-back authority, were duly passed.

The Fund is managed by Development Capital Management (Jersey) Limited.
