Waiver of Non-Executive Director Options

boohoo, one of the UK's largest pure-play online, own brand fashion retailers, announces that Peter Williams (Chairman), Stephen Morana (Non-executive Director) and Mark Newton-Jones (Non-executive Director) have each waived his rights to the Non-executive Option awarded to him under the NED Plan at the time of flotation of the Company which brings boohoo in to line with best corporate governance practice in this area.

Following this waiver boohoo confirms that neither the Chairman nor any of the Non-executive Directors has an interest in options over ordinary shares in boohoo.

The total number of options over ordinary shares in the Company now stands at 33,155,509 representing 2.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
