boohoo (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces that Brian Small, Non-Executive Director, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 193.9 pence per ordinary share on 4 November 2021.
Following this transaction, Brian has an interest in 77,481 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.006% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
