The Company announces that Peter Williams has transferred 4,389,938 ordinary shares of 1p each to Sara Williams, Executive Chairman of the Company, on 15 July 2013 for nil consideration.
As a result, Sara Williams holds 9,415,205 ordinary shares representing approximately 24.79 % of the issued share capital of the Company and Peter Williams holds 579,247 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
