Result of Placing
and
Posting of Circular
Bonhill (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Live Events and Data & Insight, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Placing announced earlier today.
A total of 11,904,762 Placing Shares have been placed at the Placing Price of 84 pence per share, subject to, inter alia, shareholder approval being obtained at a general meeting of the Company to be convened for 9 April 2019, raising £10.0 million (before expenses).
Application will be made for the admission of the 11,904,762 Placing Shares and the 2,380,952 Initial Consideration Shares to trading on AIM and dealings in New Ordinary Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 10 April 2019.
Posting of Circular
The Company will shortly be publishing copies of the Circular, containing a notice of general meeting and a proxy form to Shareholders, and a copy of the Circular will be available on the Company's website at www.bonhillplc.com.
