Vitesse Media PLC19 December 2007 Vitesse Media Plc ("the Company") ADDITIONAL LISTING The Company announces today that under the terms of the Company executive shareoption scheme, options over 19,500 ordinary shares of 10p each have beenexercised on 19 December 2007 by individuals who are neither Directors norpersons discharging managerial responisbility. Application has been made for 19,500 shares to be admitted to AIM. The shareswill, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany. Dealings are expected to commence on Monday 24 December 2007. Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in Vitesse MediaPlc will be 24,505,577.
