Exercise of Options
The Company announces that Adam Lee, Chief Revenue Officer, notified the Company that he has exercised a total of 250,242 options over common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at $0.28 per share on 9 August 2019 under the Company's Amended and Restated 2009 Equity Incentive Plan.
As a result of this option exercise Adam Lee has a beneficial holding of 918,552 Common Shares (which represents 0.37% of the issued share capital of the Company).
