The Company announces that Keith Butcher, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today notified the Company that he purchased a total of 134,000 common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at an average price of 119.61 pence per Common Share. Following this notification, Mr Butcher has a beneficial holding of 502,750 Common Shares (which represents 0.175% of the issued share capital of the Company).
