PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Keith Butcher, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today notified the Company that he purchased a total of 42,000 common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 86 pence per Common Share. Further details of this purchase are disclosed in the table below.
Following this notification, Mr Butcher has a beneficial holding of 150,474 Common Shares (which represents 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company).
