Director's Shareholding

Baron Oil plc, the independent oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Latin America, is pleased to announce that it was informed on 10 September 2014 that Rudolph Berends, a director of the Company, acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.025 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.85 pence per share. As a result of this purchase, Rudolph Berends has an interest in 40,333,335 Ordinary Shares.
