The Board of Baron was today notified that Dr Malcolm Butler, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 0.51p on 28 June 2016. Dr Butler's total beneficial holding now stands at 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.1% of the total number of shares in issue.
