Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOCH" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Bank of America Europe DAC ("BofA Securities") as its joint Corporate Broker alongside NUMIS Securities Limited ("NUMIS") and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW, acting through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited) with immediate effect.
