Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1AR, the Company notifies the market that as at 25 June 2024:

1. The Company's issued share capital comprised 15,494,273,572 ordinary shares of EUR 0.50 each, each with one vote. Ordinary shares of EUR 0.50 each held in treasury amounted to 1,806,156.

2. Therefore, for the purpose of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1AR, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 15,492,467,416 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
