Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 81,608,672 Ordinary shares of 1.25 pence each, with one vote per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 81,608,672.

The above figure (81,608,672) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
