Director/PDMR Shareholdings - Correction
Sale of shares following the vesting and exercise of options under the Bloomsbury Publishing Plc 2014 Performance Share Plan ("2014 PSP")
The following corrections have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 1 September 2023 under RNS Number: 1679L
1. The number of shares sold by Nigel Newton has been corrected from 110,332 shares to 110,326 shares;
2. The number of share sold by Penny Scott-Bayfield has been corrected from 71,979 shares to 71,975 shares;
3. The number of shares retained by Nigel Newton has been corrected from 133,615 shares to 133,621 shares; and
4. The number of share retained by Penny Scott-Bayfield has been corrected from 80,396 shares to 80,400 shares.
All other details remain unchanged.

The Company announced on 29 August 2023 that the conditional share award granted in August 2020 under the 2014 PSP vested in full on 29 August 2023.
Nigel Newton, Chief Executive and PDMR, acquired 243,947 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (comprising 222,142 vested 2014 PSP shares and 21,805 dividend equivalent shares, both for nil consideration). Penny Scott-Bayfield, Group Finance Director and PDMR, acquired 152,375 Ordinary Shares (comprising 138,755 vested 2014 PSP shares and 13,620 dividend equivalent shares, both for nil consideration).
On 30 August 2023, Mr Newton and Ms Scott-Bayfield sold 110,326 and 71,975 Ordinary Shares respectively at an average price of £4.05 per share in order to fund the tax liability, National Insurance liability and administrative fees arising on vesting. Mr Newton and Ms Scott-Bayfield retained the balance of 133,621 and 80,400 Ordinary Shares respectively.
Following these transactions, the shareholdings of Mr Newton and Ms Scott-Bayfield's (including persons closely associated) in the Company are as follows:
