Exercise of SAYE Option
On 1 November 2022, Penny Scott-Bayfield, Group Finance Director and PDMR, exercised her SAYE option under the Company's 2019 Sharesave Plan to buy a total of 9,740 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence in the Company at £1.848 per share.
The exercise will be satisfied through the transfer of shares from the Bloomsbury Employee Benefit Trust.
Following this transaction, the shareholding of Ms Scott-Bayfield in the Company will be as follows:
