Bloomsbury Publishing Plc today announces that Wendy Pallot has informed the Board of her intention to resign from her position of Group Finance Director and following her twelve month notice period will join Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC.
Wendy will remain at Bloomsbury for the duration of her notice period to ensure a smooth and orderly handover. The Board has begun a search for Wendy's successor and an announcement about a new Group Finance Director will be made when one is appointed.
Sir Richard Lambert, Bloomsbury's Chairman, said:
"On behalf of myself, the Chief Executive Nigel Newton, the Board and all of our employees, I would like to thank Wendy for her tremendous contribution to Bloomsbury during her excellent seven year tenure. We wish her all the very best in the future."
