Director Appointment

Further to the announcement of 12 February 2016, the Company confirms that it has recruited Paul Tiffany as Financial Director Designate of the Company, to replace David Flatters, with effect from 1 July 2016.

At this stage, it is not intended that Paul will be appointed Finance Director of the Company (as a board director) until a probationary period has been successfully passed. It is currently anticipated that this will occur by the middle of December 2016, and a further announcement will be made at that time if Paul is to be appointed to the board.

Paul Tiffany, aged 42, was previously Head of Finance at Mamas & Papas and qualified as an accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is not and has not been a director or partner of any other directorship or partnership in the last five years.

Paul does not hold any shares in the Company.
