Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company confirms that the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 28 February 2026 is 33,067,603 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 33,067,603.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
