Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces that James Gundy, Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company on 8 August 2024. Following this transaction, James Gundy's total shareholding is now 878,574.
